Ep31 Generational Healing, Perimenopause & Lymes Disease w/Tina Ghahramani Singh, L.Ac.

"I want to normalize that you might have what they call a midlife crisis. And actually, that's your breakdown before your breakthrough."

The perimenopausal stage, I feel, is supposed to reveal to us, like, who we truly are, which you know, can be scary sometimes because it’s really big sometimes or it’s really vulnerable sometimes, right? And then all layers start falling off or peeling off. And you know, you have the snake skin that’s basically shedding, correct? It’s like you’re shedding everything you used to be. Well, that’s scary.

Do you have a pod of friends, soul family, or colleagues who love to go beyond the day-to-day chitter chatter of life and dive into the raw, messy, and complex parts of life, healing and medicine? If you do, please consider sharing your favorite Yinspired episode with your pod. Together, we can begin to free, heal, and remember all our parts.

We do it for each other.

We do it for our daughters.

We do it because it’s a calling.

Tina Ghahramani-Singh is an intuitive healer and spiritual coach, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and holistic mama of two daughters. She has worked as an energy healing practitioner for the past twelve years doing Usui Reiki and Theta Healing.

In 2011, she received her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Tina has a strong passion for holistic medicine and energy healing modalities in helping her patients, healers, and empaths to achieve successful and customized solutions that are guided by Spirit. The unfolding of her spiritual life coaching began after experiencing her own health crisis and learning how to heal her body, mind, and spirit at its deepest core levels. Her experience of being an empath and clairvoyant for the past thirty-two years has been her greatest gift.

As an acupuncturist, Tina currently specializes in gentle Japanese and Esoteric acupuncture (a spiritual form of acupuncture) in treating the mind, body, and heart connection. She also specializes in treating women’s health and wellness in areas of natural fertility, supporting assisted IVF or IUI reproductive techniques, and birth and postpartum. Tina’s unique expertise also includes lifestyle counseling, hormonal balance, diet and nutrition, Chinese herbal medicine, and Usui Reiki. Over the past nine years, she has counseled hundreds of women and couples with infertility and has helped them conceive successfully. Her other specialties include miscarriage loss, birth preparation/trauma, and postpartum care. Having gone through postpartum depression herself, she has a special place in her heart for women struggling with postpartum and holds loving space for them as they heal.

She is the owner of Radiance of the Womb and co-owner of Healing Light Family Acupuncture, a family practice in Fountain Valley California with her husband Mukunda Singh. Tina’s past experience as a birth doula and HypnoBirthing childbirth instructor has created a unique bridge for her as a fertility acupuncturist and educator for the Orange County birth community. As a spiritual teacher, she has created her own online coaching mentorship called Sacred Spirit Rising and teaches Esoteric Acupressure and Meditation classes.

Tina’s life purpose is to empower women, mothers, and healers to reclaim their inner light and sharing their gifts with the world so that they can SHINE brightly.
